Birth Plan Sessions

It’s important to have a good foundation for your birth. Birth Plans are a great way to lay that foundation and help you understand your choices. While birth plans are a great resource for anyone going through childbirth, I especially encourage those families who have not hired a Doula or other support person to prepare a birth plan.

I offer sessions in birth plan preparation for you and your partner on a monthly basis. The fee includes a two-hour consultation to answer your questions about your birth choices. A sample birth plan will be provided. I encourage you to bring your own birth plan or notes about what you’d like to see for your birth.
