Prenatal/Postpartum Massage and Yoga Class
4 Thursdays, October 9-30: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
FEE: $160.00
The morning will begin with a presentation by guest professionals
from the community covering a variety of birth related topics. Each
week you will receive a massage especially developed to nurture &
relax the pregnant body. You will also receive instruction in
