Breast/Chest Feeding and Lactation Assistance

Support, Education, Assistance

Breast/Chest feeding can be an incredibly beautiful and powerful experience for parents: it facilitates a strong emotional bond between parents and baby; it makes you feel empowered as a parent; and it is fantastic for your baby’s health.

Breast/Chest feeding can also be extremely frustrating. There is a definite learning curve, and many parents find themselves experiencing difficulties.

As a Licensed Midwife with 20 years' experience as a lactation educator and counselor, I am trained to teach parents how to feed their baby and help them with issues such as painful nursing, low milk production, and latching difficulties.

Breastfeeding and Lactation Assistance: Service

I am often available daily, and within a couple of hours of your initial call, for breastfeeding assistance; however, my appointment schedule may not reflect that. If you do not see a day and time that reflects your needs, please contact me by phone or text immediately and I will add you to my schedule for the day.

You will pay for this service at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made. If you are interested in billing your insurance after our visit(s), you may contact Cohosh Billing directly and they will assist you.
