Lamaze Childbirth Education Classes

I offer Lamaze childbirth education classes for parents-to-be whether they are delivering in the hospital or community homebirth setting.

As a Lamaze-Certified Childbirth Educator, I’ll help you understand what happens to your body during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I’ll also teach you techniques, comfort measures, and pain management skills to use to maintain a positive childbirth experience.

Discussions include pregnancy and labor terminology, the stages and phases of labor, surgical birth and interventions, how to advocate for yourself during pregnancy and labor, and so much more.

Fees:

Option A - $225.00: Two-day, five-hour private childbirth class

Option B - $500.00: Five-week, 10-hour private childbirth class

Per my usual policy, if my pricing proves to be difficult for you, please let me know. No one will be turned away.
